“Concrete compatible” does not necessarily mean appropriate for substantial reinforcement. CoringSpec shows an undocumented reinforcement level as Not specified and never infers rebar eligibility.

Bit working length is not the same as machine capacity, stand travel, or extension use. A 14" bit does not automatically mean a 14" hole in every setup.
